Homemade Planner

I needed a planner for my last year of school. (hallelujah)
But they are pretty expensive for a pile of papers running like $7-10
So I decided that I could save some mulah.

So

first I built a month calendar on a half size page just so that I could see the month as
a whole when trying to organize my life.

On the opposite side of the half sheet, I put the month and printed on card stock
to act as a divider in the planner.

Then I personalized my week by week planner.
I wanted big areas for each day of the week, a different quote each month along the bottom,
a place to write things to be sure to do so I wouldn't forget, as well as a place for
my weekly goals so that I could see them daily.
I'm a visual person.

A place for things to not forget as well as the month as a watermark

I left this area blank for extra notes, or doodle space for ...well...boring classes

I color organize my planner. Each color refers to a specified class.

Here is what it looks like all put together.
After I had printed one of month, and one of each of the front dividers. I took it to a copy place and copied off three double sided pages of the weekly pages. Then I cut all the pages in half and learned how to spiral bound it all together. It took some time, but I really love it all personalized.

I tried to upload the files that I made to make this planner so you could make one too, however for some reason, i couldn't get it to work. So sorry. If you do want them, e-mail me and I will send one right your way.
