LOVE was made for YOU and ME

"L...is for the way, YOU look at me.....O is...."

This song was (and still is) sung to me on a regular basis from my most handsome husband.

So I decided to make something to remind us of it.

I used the scrabble piece idea that is oh so popular, 

but did the pieces to match our bedroom colors.

I used a package of 8 coasters for a $1 from Target and began by painting them all white.

After the white dried:

I mixed some blue and grey paint to get, well, a grey blue

and painted this over the white.

I let it dry for 2.2 before wiping off the paint with a slightly wet paper towel

to get the washed look.

My frien from church cut the letters and numbers on her Cruicut for me,

and I Mod Podged them right on.

Then I hot guled little clips that you make hair flower bows from on the backs

so that I could clip them onto the twine.

I think it turned out really cute and SO CHEEP!
